Jeanette White, RN, MSN
Pi Pi Chapter
Jeanette White, RN, MSN, has been a nurse at Blessing Hospital, Quincy, Ill., a Magnet® hospital, for more than 35 years. Her practice has included pediatrics, critical care, medical/surgical, nursing management and for the past decade, home care. A 1971 graduate of Barnes Hospital School of Nursing in St. Louis, Mo., Jeanette earned her BSN from Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing and Culver-Stockton College, Quincy, and graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Her thesis was relationship-based and dealt with mutual valuing. Inducted into the Epsilon Eta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau, Jeanette later became a charter member of the Pi Pi Chapter at Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing. Born in Quincy, Jeanette continues to live in this area of the rural Midwestern United States. She is married, has three grown sons and four grandchildren. Her family is an important focus in her life.
