Chapter Key Awards
2009 Chapter Key Award Application Now Available
Sigma Theta Tau International announces the 2009 Chapter Key Award, presented at the 40th Biennial Convention, to chapters for overall excellence. The Chapter Key Award, established in 1991, honors chapters who excel in chapter-related activities such as:
- membership recruitment and retention
- publicity and programming
- professional and leadership development
- local, national and international collaboration
Chapters are encouraged to work throughout the biennium to prepare their entries.
Eligibility
All active Sigma Theta Tau International chapters in good standing are eligible for this award. The award is for chapter excellence in activities covering the period from 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2009.
NOTE: Chapters in good standing must have submitted all reports on time and must have been in attendance at the last House of Delegates. In order to determine if your chapter is eligible to apply for the Chapter Key Award, please contact Chapter Services (chapserv@stti.iupui.edu) at Sigma Theta Tau International headquarters.
