Carolyn Miller's mission, as an executive coach/consultant, is “Help people be the best that they can be!” She is the Leadership Consultant/faculty member for the Maternal-Child Health Nurse Leadership Academy (MCHNLA) and co-led the South African MCHNLA pilot. Carolyn is a consultant/executive coach for several nursing boards/schools. Prior to retirement, Carolyn was a Consulting Director with Johnson & Johnson. She co-developed/delivered the first MCHNLA with STTI; led worldwide board launch/leader transition support for Pfizer acquisition; leadership development faculty for Ethicon, Consumer, VisionCare. Carolyn worked with Texas Instruments leaders in designing team-based structures/performance support for mature business units. After 20-years with AT&T, Carolyn returned to school, co-founding the Center for Collaborative Organizations (at UNT), and consulting with Abbott Laboratories, American Heart Association. Carolyn has B.A. in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, University of Texas at Dallas; M.S. in I/O Psychology, University of North Texas; completed Columbia University’s Advanced Program in OD and HRM.
