Project HealthDesign is funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and administered by a National Program Office at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, School of Nursing. Nine grantees engaged in a patient-centered design process creating a new vision for personal health record.  These grantee scenario videos were presented at a showcase attended by more than 200 health and health IT professionals, in September 2008. The videos demonstrate the use of the applications from a patient/user point of view. They continue to be used by grantees and for project presentations throughout the country.
