NURSE SCIENTIST 

You will develop systems that supporting and promoting the conduct of clinical research, research utilization and professional development in Patient Care Services. This includes coaching and mentoring nursing leaders, nurses and staff, coordinating our evidence-based practice fellowship program and support and facilitate the conduct of research.  

We require an MSN and DNSc or PhD in a related field (nursing preferred), at least 5 years of experience in nursing with evidence of leadership and consultative skills and a CA RN license. Must have demonstrated ability to coach others in the research process and strong presentation, project management, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to conduct research and write grants and knowledge of multiple research methodologies are preferred.
