We currently have an opening for Operations Manager in Hematology/Oncology at our Scottsdale campus. If chosen, you will be responsible for overseeing all the day-to-day operations of your unit, promoting excellence, supervising no more than 50 FTEs, supporting leadership activities, ability to identify areas of change, and recommending improvements.

To qualify, we require current Arizona or Compact State registered nurse licensure; 5 to 7 years clinical experience with 3 years progressive management experience; demonstrated leadership, excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills and interpersonal effectiveness. A Bachelors degree in nursing is preferred.
