If you meet these requirements, we want to talk to you:
* Valid state license as an RN and in advance practice
* Current CPR basic life support certification
* Current ANCC or AANP national certification in family practice or receipt of certification in practicing state prior to December 31, 2000
* Meet and maintain all legal requirements per state and national statutes
* Team-oriented and passionate
* Enthusiastic in the delivery of compassionate, high-quality, patient-centric care
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to complete training and use to the fullest capacity TCHS electronic medical record and information systems
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
* Pleasant interpersonal demeanor and ability to work with all levels of leaders and associates
