Don’t Forget to Submit Your Developing Honor Society’s Pre-Application Form
All honor societies are asked to submit the new Pre-Application Form.
Submission of this form will provide staff with general information about the:
- University/college and campus location(s)
- Nursing program(s), degrees offered, grading system and accreditations received
- Applicant group’s eligibility status to meet the minimum requirements to become a chapter, and
- Applicant group’s needs to successfully proceed toward forming a developing honor society and eventual chapter.
Whether an honor society is in the initial planning stages or has been fully operational for several months, a pre-application form should be completed and submitted.
Pre-application forms are accepted on an ongoing basis.
North American region groups should submit a form to email@example.com.
Non-North American region groups should submit to firstname.lastname@example.org.
