Nurse Manager Certificate Program

The Nurse Manager Certificate Program is a robust, Web-based educational tool that will help both new and experience nurse managers develop the competencies needed to be successful in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing health care environment. The curriculum design and course content were created by nurses with both academic and clinical expertise in leadership and management. These courses use the latest evidence-based information and will help nurses build successful teams, think strategically, become better project managers and more. The program can be utilized to meet the specific needs of a health care institution, school of nursing or individual.  Contact hours are awarded per modular course, and there are more than 12 courses from which to choose. The participant is awarded a certificate of completion after 70 hours have been completed. A facilitator's guide is available as part of the program content upon purchase.

Becoming a Published Nurse Author: Professional Writing for Nurses through Mentoring
Novice and aspiring nurse-writers, with one-on-one mentoring by established, expert nurse authors, will write a complete manuscript suitable for submission for publication. Learners will be guided through the publishing process from idea development through document production and submission to a publisher. The course is structured to be completed over 6 - 9 months as your schedule allows. CE contact hours are awarded for course work as well as for manuscript preparation.
