Emerging Educational Administrator Institute
The Emerging Educational Administrator Institute (EEAI) is designed for experienced faculty aspiring to be administrators or those who are in their first administrative position. It is a three-phase program that combines online and in-person activities to provide experienced nurses greater opportunities to gain leadership skills and put them into practice in an effort to advance excellence in nursing education.

Faculty Knowledge/Skills Development Program
This program provides career and leadership development for nurse educators by utilizing a series of interactive webinars and online educational courses. It will assist new and experienced educators in developing and building skills in the areas of Facilitating Learning, Curriculum Development, Teaching and Learning at a Distance, and Assessment and Evaluation.
Faculty Professional Role Development Program
This program will focus on content to assist faculty achieve career goals that lead to promotion and/or tenure. A combination of online educational courses, webinars, and face-to-face workshops will focus on strengthening knowledge and skills in the areas of teaching, scholarship, and service. In addition, the program will identify
strategies for the successful creation and completion of a professional portfolio to document the nurse educator’s accomplishments across their career.
Nurse Educator Mentoring Program
Developed by experts in leadership and mentoring in education, innovative approaches to support mentors, mentees, and the mentoring relationship in nursing education will be offered.
Experienced Nurse Faculty Leadership Academy
This specialized faculty leadership academy is designed for experienced faculty with at least seven years of full-time employment in a faculty role. During this 12-month leadership development experience, you will create an individualized progression plan to increase your leadership acumen and develop or sharpen the skill sets that are essential to succeed in a faculty leadership role.

Nursing Education Research Grant
Purpose: To support research focused on excellence and innovation in nursing education.
Research Funding: Allocation of funds is based on the quality of the proposed research, the future promise of the applicant, and the applicant's research budget.
