Coaching in Nursing Workbook
The Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International and the International Council of Nurses have published a free resource titled Coaching in Nursing Workbook that is available to nurses around the world. This tool is a hands-on guide that can be used to teach nurses coaching principles and skills in order to develop individual professional competencies and to improve nurse staffing retention. Six (6) hours of continuing education (CE) credit is available after completing the workbook. CE credit can be obtained by completing our online test.
