Daniel Dorval is a Certified Financial Planner professional who entered the financial services industry in 1999 and has build a client base consisting mostly of health care professionals. More than half of his clients are nurses. His professional specialty is overall financial planning with a focus on retirement income strategies and investment management.
Dorval is the author of Financial Success for the Rest of Us: Reality Based Financial Planning for Mainstream America. Janet Feldkamp is a partner with the Ohio-based law firm Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Arnoff. She also serves as vice chair of the Health Care Department and practices from their Columbus office. She provides legal counsel on various aspects of health law with an emphasis on long-term care regulatory matters such as survey certification and informal review requests.
Feldkamp has an extensive health care background, including employment as an intensive care nurse, a surveyor for long-term care facilities, a Director of Nursing in long-term care, an Assistant Administrator of a large skilled nursing facility, and a nurse consultant for a multi-state long-term care management firm.
She has assisted numerous long-term care facilities through the complexities of the regulatory and enforcement requirements, including clients with proposed fast track terminations, Medicaid payment bans and proposed civil monetary penalties. With a background in operations, her on-site consulting includes operations issues, as well as legal guidance for her clients.
Feldkamp was inducted into the Epsilon Chapter of the honor society in 1977 and received her Bachelor of Science (magna cum laude) in Nursing in 1978 and from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her J.D. from St. Louis University (cum laude) in 1990. |
Jennie McNaughton has more than 13 years of experience providing audit, tax and management advisory services to small businesses and individuals. Her focus is on providing high quality services that meet her clients' needs. Her clients range from individuals with just W-2 income to large corporations with millions in sales. The variety has provided Jenni with a solid base of information and also the ability to research into areas that maybe aren't as familiar as others.
McNaughton obtained the CPA in 1994. A 1993 magna cum laude graduate of Western Illinois University, in 1997 she returned to school to earn her Jurist Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis while working full time. After passing the Indiana Bar Exam, she was admitted to the Indiana Bar in November 2001. She has served as President of the American Society of Women Accountants Indianapolis chapter and is currently serving on the Indiana CPA Society's Leadership Cabinet. She has a strong belief in giving back to her profession. Her membership affiliations include, Indiana CPA Society, American Institute of Certified Accountants, American Society of Women Accountants, American Bar Association and Indiana Bar Association.
In 1995, McNaughton joined Sherck, Hussey & Johnson, LLC, as a staff accountant and through hard work and dedication became a member in January 2002. The firm was founded in 1943 and through the years has stuck to its original mission of providing high quality professional service to its clients. |
