Purpose
The purpose of this grant, co-sponsored by Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI), with the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International will support research that encourages the appropriate use of a standardized assessment program in a nursing education curriculum, including, but not limited to:

• Use of formative assessment to drive remediation
• Use of summative assessment to guide curricular evaluation and revision
• Timing of assessment administration within a program of study
• Identification of key markers of at-risk student status

Research Funding
Funds for this grant are provided by Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI). 

Funds for this grant do not cover expenses incurred prior to the funding date.

• Registered nurse with current license
• Have a master's or doctoral degree or be enrolled in a doctoral program
• Submit a completed research application package and signed research agreement via the online submission system
• Ready to implement research project when funding is received
• Submit a final report
• Submit completed abstract to the Virginia Henderson Research Library and credit research grant partners in all publications and presentations of the research.
