The convention will be conducted at the Indianapolis Convention Center. Special convention pricing has been arranged with properties located within walking distance or directly connected by a climate controlled skywalk to the Indianapolis Convention Center.

All reservations must be made through the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International Housing Bureau to receive the discounted prices shown below. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis or until the room block sell out. The hotel reservation deadline is Tuesday, 29 September 2009.

After 29 September 2009, reservations can still be made through the housing bureau, but the discounted rates and rooms are not guaranteed to be available.

Confirmations will be sent after each reservation booking, modification and/or cancellation. Review confirmations carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation within 14 days after any transaction, please call the housing bureau at +1.317.684.2573.

Cancellation Policy

To make modifications and/or to cancel your reservation before 20 October 2009, call +1.317.684.2573. After 20 October 2009, you need to call the hotel directly for any change and/or cancellation to your reservation. A US $25 cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled after Tuesday, 15 September 2009. Reservations cancelled after Tuesday, 20 October 2009 or no shows will be charged by the hotel.

Advance Deposit Information

A one-night advance deposit (plus 16% tax) is required for each room requested. Deposits made by check will be deposited seven days prior to arrival date. Credit card processing will be held until checkout.

All rates are in United States Dollars.
Rates do not include current tax of 16% (subject to change).

Special discounted rates are NOT available online through the hotel Web sites, other travel Web sites or through travel agents. Should you find a lower rate through another booking tool, please notify the STTI immediately.
