Indianapolis International Airport (IND) 
Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is serviced by 12 airlines, including direct and nonstop service to and from many destinations. The airport is just 15 minutes from downtown, where the convention center is located. Contact +1.317.487.7243 for more information.

Carey Limousine offers share-a-ride service from the airport to downtown hotels. The rate is currently US $13 one way (subject to change). Indianapolis is also easily accessible by car.  More than half the nation’s population lives within a day’s drive of Indianapolis. Interstates 65, 69, 70 and 74 meet at this “Crossroads of America.” Follow the link for driving directions.

International Attendees

Clothing Attire
Business casual is appropriate for the educational sessions and welcome reception. The weather outside will be very cool, but temperatures may vary inside the Convention Center. For this reason, we suggest wearing layers of clothing.

Getting Around in Indianapolis
