General Information
Accessibility for People with Special Abilities: The indoor climate controlled skywalks make getting around downtown Indianapolis convenient in any weather condition. The Hyatt Regency Downtown has accessible rooms upon request.
Clothing Attire: Business casual clothing attire is appropriate. The weather outside will be warm, but temperatures may vary inside the hotel. For this reason, we suggest wearing layers of clothing

Smoking Policy: Leadership Academy is a smoke-free event. Check with the hotel to find the nearest designated smoking area.
Tipping: Although there are no fixed rules on tipping, it is customary to add an extra 15-20% to restaurant bills. Please note, for larger groups of people, a service charge or gratuity may already be added to your bill so always check the receipt.
