Special Benefits for Guestroom Reservations
All attendees who reserve their room using the reservation methods below will receive the following special group benefits:
· One wired Internet connection in each guestroom to be provided at no charge, a value of $10.95 per room per night.
· Complimentary toll-free calls (800, 888, 877, 866).
· Discounted rates that can be applied 3 days before and 3 days after the event, pending availability.

Additional Fees
· Up to two people are included in the rate above. For each additional person, there is a C$30per person per night additional charge.
· Rate above does not include taxes, currently 16.5% subject to change without notice.

· If you anticipate arriving early you may not be able to get into your room, but you will be able to store your luggage until your room is ready.
· Late checkout requests will be based on availability and additional fees may apply.
Location
The hotel is located in the heart of downtown next to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants and is just 12 miles (18 kilometers) from the Vancouver International Airport, an approximate 20-25 minute taxi ride.
Reservation Policies
· A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each reservation. Upon check-in, this deposit shall be applied to one night of the reserved stay. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.
· Reservations must be secured with an American Express, Diners Club International, JCB, MasterCard, or Visa, credit card.
· Only one credit card will be accepted to reserve a room and pay the deposit. However, at checkout you may pay with more than one credit card.
· We recommend reserving a room the night before if you wish to check in the middle of the night. If you do this, we also recommend informing the hotel of your estimated time of arrival so they are aware of your plans.
Cancellation Policy
· Cancellation deadline: Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival or you will forfeit your deposit.
· No-show policy: If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged one night’s room and tax. If you are arriving the next day, you will need to call the hotel to reinstate the reservation, or your room will be released for general sale to the public.
