Professor Brendan McCormack
DPhil (Oxon), BSc (Hons), PGCEA, RNT, RMN, RGN
Director of the Institute of Nursing Research and head of the Person-centred Practice Research Centre, University of Ulster, Northern Ireland
Professor McCormack leads a number of practice development and research projects in Ireland, the U.K., Europe, and Australia that focus on the development of person-centered practice. His writing and research work focus on gerontological nursing, person-centered nursing, and practice development.

Bernadette Mazurek Melnyk
PhD, RN, CPNP/PMHNP, FNAP, FAAN
Dean, associate vice president for health promotion, and chief wellness officer, The Ohio State University
Dr. Melnyk was recently appointed by The Ohio State University (OSU) as dean of the College of Nursing, associate vice president for health promotion, and chief wellness officer of the university. She is also a professor of nursing and professor of psychiatry and pediatrics in the OSU College of Medicine. Her role as chief wellness officer is believed to be the first such position at a U.S. university.
Jessica Corner, BSc, PhD
Dean of Health Sciences, University of Southampton
Dr. Corner is dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences and has over 25 years of experience in higher education. She was one of the first students to graduate with a degree in nursing from London University and went on to specialize in cancer nursing at the Royal Marsden Hospital. Throughout her career, she has pursued a wide range of research interests that have focused on improving the care and support for people with cancer.
