Assists STTI in communicating nurses’ contributions and relevance to the health of people worldwide.

What you will do

  • Submit manuscript to editor by deadline
  • Focus manuscript as directed by editor
  • Ensure accuracy of content

Your commitment

  • Dependent on subject matter, length and author’s writing experience
  • Must be available to communicate with editor on a timely basis

Acceptance criteria

  • Manuscript drafts are preferred over queries
  • Prefer single authorship of articles. No more than two authors permitted. If co-authored, article must be written with the voices of both authors so that the reader can identify who is “speaking”
  • Editor may ask that a recommended source write an article or may review unsolicited manuscripts for publishing consideration

How do I apply?

  • Complete a VIProfile, indicating the following interest categories:
    • Creative Arts – writing
    • Writing/Editing/Editorial – public stories and STTI feature articles
