Chapter Leadership & Mentoring Task Force
Expected Outcomes:
- Identify best practices in chapter programs.
- Develop a template for both individual member and new officer mentoring programs at the chapter level.
- Develop a position statement on the need for leadership development and mentoring at the chapter level.
- Serve as consultants in contributing to and reviewing content developed for the International Leadership Institute to promote mentoring (train the trainer manual).
