Board Executive Committee

Purpose:

• Conduct essential business of the organization in the interim between full board meetings as authorized by the Board of Directors.
• Provide a supportive relationship for the chief executive officer.
• Oversee process of organizational operations performance effectiveness in meeting organizational goals and priorities.
• Oversee process of chief executive officer replacement when necessary.
