Board Executive Committee
Purpose:
- Conduct essential business of the organization in the interim between full board meetings as authorized by the Board of Directors.
- Provide a supportive relationship for the chief executive officer.
- Oversee process of organizational operations performance effectiveness in meeting organizational goals and priorities.
- Oversee process of chief executive officer replacement when necessary.
