Membership Involvement & Retention Task Force
Expected Outcomes:
- Identify current best practices at the chapter level for promoting membership involvement and retention.
- Identify strategies for increasing membership involvement and retention at the chapter level, particularly for new inductees.
- Collaborate with headquarters staff to design and populate a membership involvement and retention resource database for members and chapters.
- Examine the efficacy and efficiency of the VIProfile as a means for identifying membership talents and providing the opportunity for meaningful involvement in the organization.
