Knowledge Sharing Community

The purpose of the Knowledge Sharing Community is to give voice to the experiential knowledge of nurses. Experiential or practical professional knowledge is frequently underestimated as a reliable source in our endeavor to enrich and/or develop the body of nursing knowledge.

Community members will be encouraged to produce:

• Narratives of examples of professional artistry
• Case reports of a rare event or on a single patient/series of patients with an outcome of interest
• Paradigm case stories/studies

Expert clinicians, researchers, writers, publishers and experienced nurses are invited to join this community in an effort to make individual nursing knowledge explicit and attainable for the global nursing community.
