Poster Presenter Information

While the poster boards for congress will be vertical, measuring 2340 mm tall x 950 mm wide (92 inches tall x 37 inches wide), the recommended poster size is 1189 mm tall x 841 mm wide (46 inches tall x 33 inches wide).

You are welcome to use the full board size, but please be aware that you will not be able to extend beyond your board. Only hook-and-loop type fasteners (such as VELCRO®) will be allowed to hang your poster. Using the hook, or male, side is suggested. You will need to supply your own hook-and-loop fasteners.
