Please read the following travel information to help ensure a safe trip.

The attire for this event is business casual.

International Visitors

Passport and Visa Requirements: You must have a valid passport to enter Ireland, but US citizens can enter without a visa for tourism or business stays of up to 3 months.

There is no minimum passport validity for US citizens entering Ireland. We recommend that you have a passport that is valid for the duration of your stay, sufficient funds, and a return airline ticket.

Visiting Dublin

Electricity and Voltage: The electrical supply in Ireland is 230v/50Hz. Plugs and sockets operate using three prongs, and plug adapters are widely available. Check that your appliances support dual voltage and frequency.

Traveling Abroad

Visit your country’s government website for information about and recommendations for traveling to Dublin. When traveling outside your home country, it is recommended that you notify your embassy’s or consulate’s office of your travel dates and destination.

Visa Letter Requests

Your request will be processed within 10 business days. Requests for confirmation letters must be submitted by 28 June 2017. Requests for mailed letters will be reviewed, and additional fees will apply.

The confirmation letter does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. Confirmation letters include only the event title, the dates, the location, the payment confirmation of registration fees, and verification that you are a presenter, if applicable.

If you are denied a visa, we will provide you with a full refund as long as we are notified before Wednesday, 28 June 2017. Attendees are advised to apply for a visa as early as possible.
