Registration Deadlines

30 April 2008 - Early registration deadline (postmarked on or before 30 April 2008).
Rate does not apply after 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time.

21 May 2008 - Advanced registration deadline (postmarked on or before 21 May 2008).
Rate does not apply after 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time.

From Wednesday, 21 May 2008 through 20 June 2008 onsite regular registration rates apply (postmarked on or before 20 June 2008).  Starting 6 July you can register onsite in Singapore at the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre.  Visit the congress schedule for specific times.

Registration Fees and Forms

General Registration Information

• Congress registration fees include official programmed events and a final program. Congress fees do not include workshops or meals.
• Workshop registration fees include the registration for specified workshops, a final program and access to congress exhibitors.
• Daily congress registration is available.
• Daily workshop registration is available, with the exception of the two-day workshop.
• Student discount applies only to full-time students.
• Retired discount applies to those who are no longer employed.
• Non-members may register for the congress at non-member rates.
• Member rate applies only to active honor society members who paid membership dues for the 2007-2008 year.
• Inactive members who renew their membership can register at the member rate (a value of up to US $100). Click here to renew your membership.
• Meals are not provided. Please note that there are many food outlets within the convention center and connected malls.

Payment

• Payment must be received in United States dollars.
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks are accepted.
• All checks must be made payable to Sigma Theta Tau International.
• Registration will not be processed until full payment is received.
• If registering online and paying by check, the check must be postmarked by the applicable deadline in order to receive an early registration discount. Onsite regular rates apply after Wednesday, 21 May 2008.

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another person in your absence.
• Cancellations received on or before Thursday, 30 April 2008 will be refunded, minus a US $150.00 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received after Thursday, 30 April 2008 will NOT receive a refund.
