Cancellation Policy and Early Departure Fee:

• Each hotel has its own cancellation and early departure policy. Please check with your hotel for their cancellation and early departure policies.
• If you anticipate checking into your hotel after your scheduled arrival date due to a flight delay or other reason, you must contact the hotel in order to keep your reservation for the following nights.
• If you check out of your hotel earlier than scheduled, the hotel may impose additional fees. Contact your hotel with any questions.
• It is recommend that you reserve a room the night before if you wish to check in prior to the check-in time. If you do this, it is also recommended that you inform the hotel of your estimated time of arrival so they are aware of your plans.

Rates, Dates and Fees:

• Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Hotels may charge additional fees for more than two occupants or for rollaway beds.
• A credit card is required to hold a room.
• Other room types are available upon request. Additional fees may apply.
• Tax and service charges apply to rates. Currently goods and service tax is 7% and the service charge is 10% (subject to change without notice).

Hotel Locations:

The congress will be held at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre, within a short walking distance to both hotels. Both hotels are located approximately 20 minutes from Singapore’s Changi International Airport and are approximately a 10 minute walk from the nearest Mass Rapid Transit. Both hotels are steps away from shopping and offer excellent views of the harbor or city.

The Conrad Centennial Singapore Hotel is adjacent to the convention center (approximately 50 meters). You can access the convention center by way of street sidewalks (around a 2 minute walk) or by the covered skywalk through Marina Square Mall (takes longer but is covered).
